These are some achievements I made in Secondary school:
2014 West-Zone Competition
I received this medal when our team won the C-Division West Zone Finals in 2014 and it is very significant because we were usually first-runner up in the past few years and that year, we won the team who always stole the 1st place from us and it felt really great!
2014 DR Teo Pin Cup
I received this medal when our team played "DR Teo Ho Pin Cup U17 Div 1" in 2014 and I'm glad it was under 17 because that means our seniors could play together with us and without them, I guess the 1st runner-up position would never belong to us because they were stronger and had more experience than us.
2015 JSS Basketball Invitational Competition
I received this medal in 2015, where our school hosted Basketball matches where several schools were invited to play. Although we were unable to achieve 1st place, at least we manage to achieve 1st runner-up which was not too bad. I would not even know where our team should hide if we achieved any position after 2nd runner-up as we were playing at our home court.
2016 West-Zone Competition
This medal was the final medal I received as a Basketballer of my school. We achieved first place in West Zone Finals last year but 4th place in the Nationals, thus, it was really sad when we lost the match for Nationals as we were aiming for at least first runner-up but it was just...too bad that we lost... and that was the last time we represented our school in Basketball for all Sec 4s and 5s which included me. It was a really...really sad moment for us.
Achievements I made other than Basketball
I received this medal in 2014 when everyone had to select a sport for Inter-Class Games and I selected Handball. Surprisingly, my team won all of the games and we achieved 1st place as there were Basketballers in my team and since the ball used is smaller and the rules were similar to Basketball, hence, my team had the advantage and that was how we won ourselves this medal.
